Job Description

Join a dedicated mental health treatment team as a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Milton, NH, working Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekend on-call rotation.

In this role, you will conduct psychiatric assessments, develop and oversee treatment and medication plans, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents and young adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Nursing with PMHNP certification, active NH Nurse Practitioner license, DEA (or in process), and 2+ years of psychiatric experience, preferably with youth. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care is essential.
