Join a dedicated mental health treatment facility as a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Milton, NH, working Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekend on-call rotation.

Make a meaningful impact by providing hope, healing, and individualized psychiatric care to adolescents and young adults facing mental health and co-occurring challenges.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating residents and families, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements: Master’s in Nursing with PMHNP certification, active NH license, DEA (or in process), 2+ years psychiatric experience, and strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders.
