Seeking a psychiatrist for an onsite inpatient psychiatric unit in Lancaster, CA.

This role involves evaluating mental health patients, developing treatment plans, and providing medication management for an adult acute psychiatric inpatient unit.

Key skills include strong psychiatric evaluation, experience in inpatient or emergency settings, and the ability to diagnose and treat diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities encompass diagnostic assessments, individualized treatment planning, therapy, behavioral interventions, and maintaining accurate patient data.

Requirements: Board certification in psychiatry, CA medical license (MD/DO), active CA DEA, and recent inpatient or acute care experience within the last 2 months.
