Job Description

Seeking a licensed, board-certified (or eligible) psychiatrist for a full-time role with a flexible schedule (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, 30-40 hours/week).

Salary ranges from $229,000 to $235,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and vision coverage.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, managing complex medication regimens, and promoting recovery-oriented, person-centered care. The role involves developing wellness programs, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and engaging patients and communities to support social inclusion and recovery goals.

Qualifications include a valid Massachusetts medical license, DEA certification, expertise in treating severe mental illnesses, and a commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. Some leadership and collaboration experience preferred. An academic appointment with Harvard Medical School may be available.
