Job Description

We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team providing Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) services to 80 clients. This full-time or part-time role offers a salary of $250K (full-time) or $120/hour (part-time). The psychiatrist will share clinical responsibilities, including medication management, staff supervision, crisis evaluations, supportive therapy, and community outreach.

Ideal candidates are M.D., board certified or eligible in psychiatry, licensed in Massachusetts, with experience in serious mental illness and familiarity with the PACT model preferred. Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license are required.
