Job Description
This full-time psychiatrist role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric assessment, medication management, and recovery-oriented care for adults with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with flexible hours and a salary range of $229,000-$235,000 annually.
Responsibilities include direct clinical care, developing wellness programs, supervising a multidisciplinary team, and promoting patient engagement and community partnerships.
Qualifications required are a valid medical license in Massachusetts, board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry, DEA and controlled substances registration, and experience with complex psychopharmacology.
