Job Description

We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team providing assertive community treatment to 80 clients. This full-time or part-time role involves medical supervision, psychopharmacological treatment, supportive therapy, crisis evaluations, staff training, and community outreach. The psychiatrist shares clinical responsibilities with a licensed clinician, with opportunities to be actively involved in all aspects of client care.

  • Qualifications include an M.D., board certification or eligibility in psychiatry, and licensure in Massachusetts. Experience with serious mental illness and knowledge of the PACT model are preferred.
