Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services in skilled nursing facilities across Indianapolis, focusing on geriatric and post-acute psychiatry.

  • Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing psychiatric care for SNF residents
  • Manage medication and treatment plans for behavioral health conditions
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and administrators
  • Participate in care team meetings and treatment planning
  • Offer compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care

  • MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Active (or eligible) Indiana medical license
  • Geriatric or SNF psychiatry experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
