Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to serve as a Non-Clinical Medical Expert/VA Disability Examiner in a flexible, part-time role.
Provide one-on-one training on completing DBQ charts efficiently.
Conduct in-person veteran assessments at designated or approved locations, with no ongoing care or prescribing involved.
Complete web-based documentation to evaluate veteran disabilities, typically taking 30 minutes to an hour per appointment.
Appointments are scheduled in advance and can be scheduled around your availability.
Attend an all-expenses-paid training in Oceanside, CA, scheduled for February 2026.
Requirements include a current Medical License and proximity to Beckley, WV (within 50-100 miles). The position offers a flexible schedule with pay ranging from $200 to $400 per hour. This role is ideal for physicians seeking non-clinical opportunities in military medicine.
