The Behavioral Health Division is seeking an experienced Outpatient Psychiatrist to provide at least 16 hours per week of psychiatric services for individuals with severe mental health challenges.
Ideal candidates are compassionate, collaborative, and have a minimum of three years’ outpatient psychiatric experience. The role involves medical assessments and supervising therapeutic medication use within personalized treatment plans. The psychiatrist will work as an independent contractor, supported by comprehensive administrative and clinical resources, including nursing, dictation, and consultation services. Requirements include an active Oregon Medical License, DEA Certificate, DMAP number, and professional liability insurance. Fringe benefits are not provided.
