Job Description

The Division is seeking an experienced Outpatient Psychiatrist to provide at least 16 hours per week of psychiatric services to individuals with severe mental health challenges.

  • Ideal candidates are compassionate, collaborative, and have at least three years of outpatient psychiatric experience.
  • The role includes conducting medical assessments and supervising medication management as part of personalized treatment plans.
  • The psychiatrist will join a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on person-centered, high-quality care.
  • Comprehensive administrative support is provided, including nursing, dictation, and clinical consultation.
  • This is an independently contracted, part-time role with reimbursement at an hourly rate.
  • Requirements include an active Oregon Medical License, DEA Certificate, DMAP number, and professional liability insurance.
  • Fringe benefits are not offered. The position is in person in Salem, OR, with 16–32 hours weekly.
