Job Description

We are seeking a full-time psychiatrist to lead advanced depression care in a private, physician-led practice dedicated to treatment-resistant depression (TRD).

  • Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive TRD evaluations, managing complex medication regimens, supervising mid-level providers, and collaborating with a skilled team.
  • The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible remote options, a modern clinic environment, and a strong patient referral base.
  • Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $300,000 annually with benefits such as health insurance, CME allowance, paid time off, and malpractice coverage.
  • Qualifications include MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in psychiatry, Virginia medical license, and interest in advanced treatments like TMS and ketamine therapies.
