Psychiatrist – Advanced Depression Care

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time psychiatrist to join a specialized, physician-led practice focused on treatment-resistant depression (TRD).

_The Role_

– Lead comprehensive TRD evaluations and conduct 60-minute intake assessments.
– Manage ongoing medication treatment for patients with complex depression.
– Supervise mid-level providers supporting TMS, esketamine, and ketamine treatments.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a modern clinic environment.

Ideal candidates will practice at the top of their license, have a passion for innovative depression treatments, and possess board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.

_Schedule & Environment_

– Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with some remote flexibility.

_Compensation & Benefits_

– Salary up to $300,000 annually plus benefits.

_Qualifications_

– MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in psychiatry.
– Unrestricted Virginia medical license or ability to obtain.
– Interest and training in advanced depression treatments; supervisory experience preferred.
