Psychiatrist – Advanced Depression Care

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time psychiatrist to join a specialized neuropsychiatric practice focused on treatment-resistant depression (TRD).

_The role includes_
– Leading comprehensive initial evaluations (60-minute intakes)
– Managing ongoing medication treatment for complex depression cases
– Supervising mid-level providers supporting TMS, esketamine, and ketamine therapies
– Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential for some remote work, a modern clinic environment, and a strong patient base.

_Compensation and benefits include_
– Salary ranging from $275,000 to $300,000 with growth potential

_Qualifications include_
– MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
– Unrestricted Virginia medical license or ability to obtain
– Interest in advanced depression treatments (training provided)
– Supervisory experience preferred
