Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist for a part-time role (10–20 hours/week) in a compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health organization.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment oversight for adult and adolescent clients in IOP/PHP programs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.

Ensure proper documentation and participate in team meetings to review client progress.

Support trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care using evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications: MD or DO, active Georgia license, DEA license, and preferably experience with IOP/PHP or dual-diagnosis populations. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Schedule & Benefits: Flexible hours, competitive pay ($60,000–$80,000/year), with benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Work is in person in Thomaston, GA.
