Job Description

Seeking a mission-driven Psychiatric Provider to deliver collaborative, population-based mental health care for complex and vulnerable patients in a comprehensive, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include guiding behavioral health treatments via a modified Collaborative Care Model, providing direct psychiatric evaluations, tele-psychiatry, medication management, and supporting substance use disorder treatments.

Qualifications include being a licensed, board-certified psychiatrist with experience in addiction medicine preferred, DEA and BLS certifications, strong teamwork skills, and experience with EMR systems.

Work is in-office within a professional environment, emphasizing community engagement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and serving underserved populations.
