Seeking a mission-driven Psychiatric Provider to deliver collaborative, population-focused mental health care for complex, underserved patients.
Responsibilities include guiding behavioral health treatment within a team, providing direct patient care (including tele-psychiatry), supporting medication management and substance use disorder treatments, and facilitating care coordination with community providers.
Qualifications:
