Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services in skilled nursing facilities across Indianapolis, focusing on geriatric and post-acute psychiatry.

Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing psychiatric care for SNF residents

Manage medication and treatment plans for behavioral health conditions

Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and administrators

Participate in care team meetings and treatment planning

Provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care

Qualifications: MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry, active (or eligible) Indiana medical license, preferably with geriatric or SNF experience, and strong communication skills.
