A clinic in downtown Sonoma, CA, is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join their founding team in a hybrid, independent contractor role.

This position offers $250/hour on-site and $225/hour via telepsychiatry in a cash-pay, direct-pay practice that eliminates insurance hassles.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, managing medication, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with patients and families, all within an evidence-based framework.

Qualifications: MD or DO with California license, active DEA, BC in Psychiatry, strong communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
