A clinic in downtown Sonoma, CA, is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join as an independent contractor.

This cash-pay, direct-pay model offers $250/hour onsite and $225/hour via telehealth, eliminating insurance hassles and maximizing clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, medication management, and collaborating with patients and families. The role combines in-person intake days on Mondays and Fridays with telepsychiatry sessions midweek, providing flexibility.

Qualifications required are MD or DO license in California, board certification, active DEA, and strong communication skills.
