Seeking a mission-driven Psychiatric Provider to deliver integrated, team-based behavioral health care to vulnerable, complex patients.
Responsibilities include guiding behavioral health treatment using a collaborative care model, providing direct psychiatric evaluations (including tele-psychiatry), supporting medication management, and facilitating care transitions. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, education of providers, and outreach to mental health providers to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications include a licensed, board-certified psychiatrist with DEA and BLS certifications, experience with addiction medicine preferred, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. The role requires in-office work in a professional environment, emphasizing compassionate, patient-centered care for underserved populations.
