Seeking a mission-driven Psychiatric Provider to deliver collaborative, population-focused mental health care for vulnerable, complex patients.
Provide direct psychiatric care, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and medication management, via in-person and telepsychiatry. Support behavioral health outcomes through case review, team consultation, and development of educational materials. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage high-risk members, addressing co-occurring conditions and social determinants of health. Assist with medication reconciliation, crisis intervention, and transition management post-hospitalization or ED visits. Support addiction treatment, including medication-assisted therapies, and develop clinical protocols. Candidates must be licensed, board-certified psychiatrists with DEA and BLS certifications, experienced in working with complex populations, and committed to serving underserved communities. This in-office role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving within a supportive environment.
