Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to lead our ketamine and TMS programs in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.

  • Provide clinical oversight, develop treatment protocols, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise advanced practitioners, review treatment plans, and support complex case management.
  • Lead program development, quality assurance, and integrate evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and guide staff training.
  • Ensure documentation compliance and maintain licensure and DEA standards.

    Requirements include a valid Medical and DEA license in California and board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.

    This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($350K-$450K) along with benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
