Psychiatrists – Inpatient

Job Description

We are seeking full-time Inpatient Psychiatrists to join a comprehensive behavioral health program in Queens, NY.

Our services include an 18-bed inpatient psychiatric unit, outpatient clinic, a 30-bed detoxification unit, and community-based programs.

Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, managing medications, providing psychotherapy, handling crises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an M.D. or D.O., completed an accredited residency, and have or are eligible for a New York State medical license. Board certification is preferred, with inpatient experience a plus.

The position offers a competitive starting salary of $300,000, full benefits, and opportunities for teaching medical students and residents.

Work is conducted in person in a hospital setting.
