Job Description

The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Gastroenterology provides patient-centered care under physician supervision at a clinic in Lubbock, Texas.

Assess, diagnose, and manage gastrointestinal and liver conditions, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.

Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care and maintain accurate documentation.

Work two days per week on-site, with potential for additional shifts, supporting clinical excellence and efficiency.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing, unrestricted Texas NP license, national certification, and at least one year of NP experience, preferably in gastroenterology or internal medicine. The role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Relocation to Farwell, TX, is required before starting.
