Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Radiation Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized radiation treatment plans in collaboration with specialists.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and manage side effects.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and participate in tumor boards.
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment and post-care.
  • Contribute to departmental improvements and uphold clinical excellence.

    • Qualifications include an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology, and a valid medical license in Texas. Strong communication, teamwork, and experience with advanced radiation technologies are preferred.

    This full-time role offers a salary starting at $375,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), insurance options, paid time off, and more. The position requires in-person work.
