Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled *Radiation Oncologist* to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized radiation treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
  • Oversee and adjust treatments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct follow-ups, manage side effects, and educate patients and families about care plans.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and participate in tumor board discussions.
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.
  • Contribute to department improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications include an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology, and a valid Texas medical license. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork are essential. Experience with advanced radiation systems is preferred.

    The role offers a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at $375,000 annually and benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Work is in person.
