Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team.
Evaluate and diagnose patients requiring radiation therapy. Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with colleagues. Conduct follow-ups to monitor progress and manage side effects. Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, and radiologists for comprehensive care. Participate in tumor board meetings and case discussions. Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Educate patients and families about treatment and post-care. Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system. Contribute to department improvement initiatives. Qualifications include MD or DO, Board Certification or Eligibility in Radiation Oncology, valid Texas medical license, and experience with advanced radiation modalities preferred. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at $375,000/year, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and more.
