Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team.

  • Evaluate and diagnose patients needing radiation therapy.
  • Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
  • Conduct follow-ups, monitor progress, and manage side effects.
  • Collaborate with specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in tumor board meetings and case discussions.
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment and post-care.
  • Maintain accurate records within the EMR system.
  • Contribute to departmental improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications: MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Radiation Oncology, valid Texas medical license, strong clinical and communication skills, team-oriented, experience with advanced radiation modalities preferred.

    Job is full-time with a starting pay of $375,000+ annually. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, insurance options, paid time off, and more. Work is in person.
