Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team.
Evaluate and diagnose patients needing radiation therapy. Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the team. Conduct follow-ups, monitor progress, and manage side effects. Collaborate with specialists to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in tumor board meetings and case discussions. Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. Educate patients and families about treatment and post-care. Maintain accurate records within the EMR system. Contribute to departmental improvement initiatives. Qualifications: MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Radiation Oncology, valid Texas medical license, strong clinical and communication skills, team-oriented, experience with advanced radiation modalities preferred.
Job is full-time with a starting pay of $375,000+ annually. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, insurance options, paid time off, and more. Work is in person.
