Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts.
Provide clinical interventions such as IV care, medication administration, and resident education while maintaining safety and compliance with HIPAA and OSHA policies.
Supervise nursing staff, ensure proper staffing, and promote a culture of compassion, integrity, and excellence.
