Job Description

Responsible for supervising resident care, assessing needs, developing care plans, and managing nursing staff, including CNAs and LPNs.

  • Conduct assessments at admission/discharge and document services for billing.
  • Monitor resident health, implement care plans per physician orders, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate staffing, assign duties, and address grievances in collaboration with the nursing leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records, oversee infection control, and promote a safe, collaborative environment.
  • Fill in as Charge Nurse when needed and handle special projects.
  • Applicants must be licensed RNs with 1-3 years’ experience, CPR certification, strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills. Physical activity includes lifting, standing, and computer work. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay starting at $35/hour, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
