Job Description

We are seeking an experienced *Registered Nurse (RN)* to serve as a *Clinical Supervisor* for our hospice division.

  • Lead and manage daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee patient care, develop care plans, and coordinate admissions.
  • Mentor and guide nursing staff, including RNs, LVNs, and HHA care providers.
  • Conduct case reviews and ensure proper documentation.
  • Implement policies to improve care quality and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff training.

    • Qualifications include a current RN license in California, 3+ years of hospice or palliative care experience, and leadership skills. The role offers a full-time salary of $125,000-$130,000, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development.
