Job Description
We are hiring full-time or part-time night Registered Nurses to provide high-quality resident care at a skilled nursing facility.
Manage and supervise resident care through comprehensive assessments and personalized care plans. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery, promote health, and maintain residents’ dignity. Ensure compliance with safety standards, documentation, HIPAA, and facility policies. Supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks, and manage staffing levels based on resident needs. Maintain accurate records, administer medications, and respond promptly to resident needs. Qualifications include a valid RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing.
