As an RN, you’ll oversee resident care, conduct assessments, develop and implement personalized Plans of Care, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care aligned with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities include coordinating interdisciplinary efforts, maintaining safety and compliance, documenting accurately, and managing staff schedules.
Requirements include a valid RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing. Key skills include leadership, resilience, strong communication, and emotional intelligence.
