We are seeking a qualified RN to oversee nursing operations at a skilled nursing facility.

Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations

Develop policies to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations

Review documentation and coordinate care plans with healthcare professionals

Oversee hospice, home health, and home care services

Handle inventory of nursing supplies and manage medical records

Administer and coordinate nursing services according to physician orders

Work collaboratively with team members and participate in on-call rotations

Requirements include RN licensure, CPR, strong management, and communication skills, with experience in hospice and home health
