Registered Nurse/PRN/3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified RN to oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility offering long-term and short-term rehabilitation care.

Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations.

Develop and implement policies to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate care plans with healthcare professionals, oversee hospice, home health, and home care services.

Manage medical records, inventory supplies, and ensure accurate documentation.

Lead a team of nurses, CNAs, and LEAs, handling multiple priorities and rotating on-call shifts.

Requirements include an RN license, CPR, experience with care planning, hospice, and home health services, and strong management skills.
