Job Description

Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a residential behavioral health facility in Minter, AL, serving males aged 10-18. The role involves managing daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, participating in resident admissions, and overseeing nursing services to provide high-quality care. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with clinical knowledge of adolescent behavioral health.

Qualifications include an active RN license in Alabama, CPR/BLS certification, supervisory experience, and residency within 60 miles of Minter. Preferred experience in psychiatric nursing is a plus. Must be at least 25 years old, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly, including being on-call.
