Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a residential behavioral health program in Minter, AL, serving male adolescents aged 10-18.
Responsible for daily operations of the nursing department, staff scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring high-quality care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams including social services, education, and food services. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and policies, with clinical expertise in adolescent behavioral health. Requires effective communication, leadership, crisis management, and organizational skills. Must hold an active RN license in Alabama, CPR/BLS certification, and supervisory experience of at least 2 years. Additional requirements include a valid Alabama driver’s license, residency within 60 miles, and the ability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week plus on-call duties.
