Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time or part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts (6p-6a or 10p-6a) at a care center in Shenandoah, IA.

_Job Purpose:_ The RN supervises resident care, performs comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans, and ensures high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with BON standards and safety regulations.

_Key Responsibilities:_
• Conduct assessments, create and implement care plans, and monitor resident health.
• Supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks, and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Administer medications, perform procedures like IV insertions, and document accurately.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and OSHA.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members effectively.

_Qualifications:_
• Valid RN license in the state, CPR certification, and relevant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
