Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for a 6a-6p shift, working every third weekend, at a skilled nursing facility in Granger, IA.
Manage and supervise resident care, developing personalized Plans of Care based on comprehensive assessments.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, safe, and resident-centered care, adhering to BON standards and facility policies.
Provide direct nursing interventions, monitor resident health, and ensure documentation compliance including medication administration and safety protocols.
Supervise staff, assign tasks, and evaluate nursing practices to maintain high standards of care.
Maintain safety, HIPAA compliance, and foster a compassionate, supportive environment aligned with company values.
Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing. Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills are essential.
