Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee staff assignments and ensure high-quality resident care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications include a current Kansas RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records during resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.

Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Perform medical procedures such as wound care and specimen collection.

Supervise staff, address grievances, and coordinate with consultants.

Conduct daily resident checks and communicate with the DON.
