We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care and staff supervision, ensuring high-quality services in accordance with policies and the Director of Nursing’s guidance.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Kansas RN licensure, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities encompass completing RN records, administering medications, facilitating resident admissions/discharges, and performing medical procedures such as wound care and specimen collection.
Supervise staff, collaborate with consultants, investigate complaints, conduct shift reports, and monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
