Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (6a-6p, every third weekend) at a supportive, Great Place to Work® certified facility in Granger, IA.
Manage and supervise resident care, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized care plans aligned with resident needs and interdisciplinary team input. Ensure high-quality nursing care, oversee staff, and promote safety, compliance, and resident dignity following BON standards and HIPAA regulations. Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and document all care activities accurately. Supervise nursing staff, prioritize assignments, and maintain proper staffing levels. Qualifications include an approved nursing education, current RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing.
