Job Description

This full-time Clinical Nurse Supervisor, RN position in Homer, AK ensures residents’ healthcare needs are met and compliance with assisted living regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing resident care plans, medication administration, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications: Alaska RN license, valid driver’s license, ≥4 years related experience, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requires working irregular hours, on-call availability, and ability to coordinate resident services, staff training, and investigations of neglect/abuse.
