Seeking a full-time administrative RN for a Minnesota-based adult foster care organization in Detroit Lakes.
Provide nursing services, assessments, and education to consumers and staff, ensuring compliance with state laws and standards. Supervise and train direct care staff, monitor consumer health, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams. Perform documentation, medication monitoring, and safety practices, while responding to changing conditions. Travel within the local area, participate in ongoing training, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
