We are seeking a full-time administrative RN to provide nursing services, supervise, and train direct care staff in a adult foster care setting.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting observations, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, monitoring consumer health, and providing staff training. The role involves travel within the Detroit Lakes area and ensuring compliance with nursing standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality. Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and preferably one year of experience. A BSN is preferred.
