Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking a full-time administrative RN for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services, supervise direct care staff, and coordinate care in a adult foster care setting.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of consumers’ physical, psychological, and environmental needs.

Foster communication within the interdisciplinary team, consumers, and families.

Monitor consumer health, report changes, and provide education to staff and consumers.

Supervise staff, facilitate staff training, and ensure safety and infection control practices.

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare providers for care planning.

Travel locally as needed and participate in ongoing training.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN license, CPR certified, driver’s license, and prior experience preferred.
