Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Supervising Nurse (RN) in Lyons, NY, to lead nursing care during assigned shifts in a 192-bed skilled nursing facility.

  • Supervise and support nursing staff, oversee resident care, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Collaborate with medical teams, manage care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and complete MDS assessments timely.
  • Lead or assist in staff training, infection control, and quality assurance efforts.

    • Qualifications include an active NYS RN license, 1-2 years of nursing experience, CPR/BLS certification, and strong leadership skills. Preferred skills include geriatric care experience and MDS expertise.
