Job Description

We are seeking a full-time RN Unit Supervisor for a 22-bed Pediatric Step Down Unit in Falls Church, VA.

  • The unit cares for intermediate patients with renal diagnoses, high flow needs, and various medical/surgical conditions requiring step-down care, with nurse ratios of 3:1 for IMC and 4:1 for floor patients.
  • The role involves leading clinical operations, supporting shared governance, and fostering a caring team environment aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Schedule includes full-time day/night rotations, with sign-on and relocation bonuses available.
