The RN Supervisor oversees nursing units, ensuring quality care within facility policies. They must be experienced RNs, with 5+ years of RN experience and preferred management background, especially in LTC/SNF settings. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, resident care oversight, and schedule implementation.
